This is a pretty versatile product. I used it on a canvas convertible top where there were some wear spots due to friction. They weren’t full-blown holes, but they were on their way to that point because those were the points that rubbed each time the top was opened and closed. Put a coat of this to prevent further damage, and it provided protection from the friction that will make the convertible top last longer. Plus, it is waterproof, so no moisture has gotten in those weak spots into the insulation under the canvas top. Great results for what I bought it for!

I bought this for a quick vinyl roof repair as I didn’t want rain to penetrate the tear). I put this on, it instantly melted the vinyl in such a way as to make it watertight (no rust under the vinyl). That was the good part.
