Bought one of these for a friend whose daughter broke her wrist. Really helpful tool for rehab. Helped get her range of motion back and strength in hand and wrist. Great buy at a great price. Only wish the starter “string” was more durable. The ends fell off rendering them useless. Had to buy a whole new gyro.

After about a month of using this I went from 95 lb. grip to 111 lb. in both hands, I use this in tandem with my Green Egg. The only thing I do not like about this is that the strings that come with the ball (two of them) have metal tips on them that come off and cannot be replaced so easily. You need these metal tips to stay in place so that you can wind the string around the ball to start the action. Other than this, it is a great tool.

I have weak wrists. Someone suggested a gyroscope. It takes some practice to start it and use it properly, but after only a few weeks at 5 minutes per day, I am feeling more competent and it really helps.

I needed to replace my dyno-flex gyro ball after it took a fall onto a concrete floor. The summer max is well built, the gyro is smooth and quiet. It is a little stiff compared to the dyno-flex but works just as well once your going.
