I think this is a great buy for kids and adults alike. I love watching the jellyfish swim in the pretty colors especially in the dark. I bought this for my toddler son who has autism. He really enjoys watching the jellyfish swim and he’s really amazed about it. It keeps his interest for a period of time which is nice because he has a problem with focusing on general. NOTE: YOU MUST ADD WATER TO THE TANK. The package includes the tank, two jellyfish and the power cord to set up. Very simple. I would definitely recommend this lamp for anyone who has a child or as a unique gift for a friend.

I really like this lamp except that it makes a buzzing sound. That wouldn’t be so bad except that it’s goes off and on frequently so it’s more noticeable. A steady hum would be better. Also if you buy this be aware that you really do have to soak the jellyfish or put them in the water and wait A-day or 2 for them to start doing anything. I thought my lamp was broken at first.
